Cindy
Cindy Khong is a mental health counsellor with Clarity Singapore since July 2016 and has a special interest in providing support to expecting and postnatal mums who are facing stress and emotional difficulties. She graduated with a Master in Counselling and is a registered counsellor with the Singapore Association of Counselling (SAC).
Being a parent herself has strengthened her passion to support new parents adapt to new situations as well as accepting themselves with compassion, patience and kindness. Prior to her counselling career, Cindy worked in Human Resources in both public and private organisations and has a MSc in Training and HRM.

Denise
Denise is a clinical psychologist, with experience working with adults in various settings, including community mental health, public healthcare, and forensic settings. She has an interest in working with adults who have difficulties coping with their emotions. When engaging clients, Denise takes an eclectic approach, drawing from various therapy modalities, including cognitive-behavioural therapy, dialectical behavioural therapy, schema therapy, and acceptance and committment therapy. Apart from providing psychotherapy, Denise also has in interest in developing younger clinical psychologists through clinical supervision, and the provision of talks to support the development of mental health literacy in the community.

Joyce
Joyce is a dedicated Senior Mental Health Counsellor committed to supporting individuals on their journey toward mental wellness. Trained in a wide range of therapeutic modalities—including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-based CBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Schema Therapy, Choice Theory, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)—Joyce provides tailored psychological interventions for clients experiencing depression, anxiety, OCD, borderline personality disorder, bipolar disorder, trauma, and perinatal mental health challenges.

Ming
Ming is a clinical supervisor and mental health counsellor with more than 13 years of field experience. She has various qualifications in the work of trauma with special interests in Structural Dissociation and Attachment Injury and is registered with the EMDR International Association. She is also a Professional Member of the OCD Network SG, and a Certified EX/RP Therapist with the Center for the Treatment and Study of Anxiety, CTSA - a world-class treatment and research facility. Ming completed her post-graduate diploma in Clinical Supervision with the Counselling and Care Centre.

Rachael
Rachael is a clinical psychologist and has experience working in local hospital and community settings. She adopts an unconditional positive regard approach and has an interest in helping individuals who struggle with mental health issues (e.g., anxiety, depression, OCD, PTSD, grief) and interpersonal difficulties. In her work, Rachael draws from various evidence-based therapy modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Schema Therapy and Acceptance-Commitment Therapy. She believes that every individual deserves acceptance and connection, and hopes to guide individuals towards having these needs met.

Janice
Janice is a clinical psychologist with experience working with clients in various settings including ministries, public healthcare, and community mental health. In her clinical practice, she adopts an eclectic approach, drawing from evidence-based treatments such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Schema Therapy and Acceptance-Commitment Therapy. She collaborates with adult and adolescent clients with a wide range of emotional, behavioural, and adjustment problems, such as anxiety, trauma, depression, maternal mental health needs and relationship problems. Janice completed her Master of Psychology (Clinical) at the National University of Singapore (NUS). Apart from individual therapy, Janice has an interest in conducting workshops and talks to empower families, organisations and the community towards the promotion of mental wellness.
